# Using Variable Products to Sell Books with WooCommerce

If you are using variable products to sell your books, you will need to set up your attributes in WooCommerce for the formats. Please refer to the[ WooCommerce documentation](https://woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/) for more information about attributes and variations.

In this example, I have set up a Product Attribute named Format and added terms for Kindle, ePub, and PDF. The name of the terms will be displayed to the customer.

To set up the variable product, you will add a variation for each format you wish to sell. In this example, I have set up a variation for each Format attribute term:

Edit each variation to set the price, download files, etc. See [WooCommerce documentation](https://woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/) for more details.

Once your product with variations is set up, Mooberry Book Manager will add a purchase button to your book page for each variation. Here is what the book page for the above example product will look like. Mooberry Book Manager has added the Buy Direct buttons. (to change how this button appears see the Settings\[link] section.)

Clicking one of those Buy Direct links will add the product to the shopping cart.
